Agency Assist; INC#1088; 03:02PM; 1499 E 6th St; ; #BoyleHeights; LAFD ground and air units are currently assisting law enforcement (in the 5:00 PM hour) with the discreet and dignified removal of one person they determined deceased (unknown age / gender / affiliation / circumstances) who apparently fell or jumped from the 6th Street bridge into the mostly dry Los Angeles River at approximately 3:00 PM today. Due to an inability to access the decedent by ground, an LAFD helicopter crew will perform a local short-haul hoist operation.
