Aircraft Incident; 01:40PM; 10130 N San Fernando Rd; ; Pacoima; Small fixed wing aircraft performed emergency landing on San Fernando Road hitting several parked cars and causing significant damage to the plane. Fortunately, there are no reported injuries to those on the ground and the pilot is being assessed, currently has no complaints of injury.
