Airport Standby ALT33; INC#0160; 03:08AM; 25r Lax; ; Westchester; A 747 cargo aircraft was on takeoff roll when it struck a trash bin that was blown onto the runway. The bin struck the nose gear of the aircraft causing two blown tires. There are 7 persons on board and no injuries. There is no fuel leak and no fire.
