Cliff, Vehicle; INC#0906; 02:03PM; 2562 W El Rosa Dr; ; Glassell Park; Firefighters located the vehicle which went down the hillside approximately 200' and came to rest (in a stable position) in the backyard of a home. The patient is not trapped and is alert/conscious at this time. Firefighter/paramedics will assess the patient for any required treatment/transport. There is no damage to the structure. One task force and rescue ambulance will handle.
