Confined Space Rescue; INC#0547; 11:18AM; 317 N Av 19; ; Lincoln Heights; Originally dispatched as a rubbish fire (at 9:30AM), this was upgraded to a confined space response. There is a rubbish fire down in an access hole alongside railroad track which has not be extinguished with the water already applied. Making entry to investigate and extinguish requires the confined space protocol for safety reasons.
