Electrical Incident; 02:27PM; DWP Station West LA; internal:/; SAWTELLE: LATE ALERT: LAFD responded to a reported explosion at DWP yard. Crews found a circuit breaker tripped causing a small fire which was already out upon our arrival. This incident likely related to power outage being experienced on the Westside.
