FINAL Investigation; 12:10AM; 14040 Foothill Bl; internal:/; Sylmar; The 2 residents (male and female adult) from one apartment have been taken to an area hospital for further evaluation of general malaise, headaches, nausea; They were awakened by a properly functioning Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarm inside their second floor apartment and awakened to feel ill; There are no other patients, and no escalating hazard; The source of the CO may be a natural gas powered appliance - oven/stove or water heater, which are each being isolated and evaluated by LAFD personnel; Dispatched Units: E98 T98 E298 E91 RA91 E87 SQ87 BC12; - Brian Humphrey
