Fire; 09:24AM; 1555 N San Fernando Rd; ; #GlasselllPark; PRELIM: Smoke (from unseen fire?) coming from several manholes related to storm drain system that empties to nearby L.A River; Site is near bus storage / rail yard (@MetroLosAngeles and @Metrolink Central Maintenance Facility) but there is no known impact on those agencies or their operations; Because of homeless/trespassers historically known to occupy the storm drain system, LAFD crews - including specially trained Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) personnel, will be searching confined spaces during fire suppression efforts to assure no persons are in peril; NOTE: There are presently no reports of anyone missing or known to be in the storm drain network; FS 44; Batt 2; Central Bureau; Council District 1; CH: 7; 12,13; - Brian Humphrey
