Flash Flood Warning EXTENDED for Palisades and Portions of San Fernando Valley; 11:35PM; Palisades; San Fernando Valley; The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect for the Palisades Fire burn scar area and portions of the San Fernando Valley until 2 PM (extended from noon). The National Weather Service has downgraded the Flash Flood Warning for the rest of the City of L.A. to a Flood Advisory, also in effect until 2 PM.
