Update FORWARD PROGRESS STOPPED Brush Fire; INC#0389; 07:38AM; Grand View Dr; ; Elysian Park; All forward progress stopped. 35 Firefighters were able to surround the fire with hose lines in steep, heavy vegetation, and confine it to the 1/4 acre affected. Units will remain onscene with the assistance of the LA Park Rangers to monitor and extinguish and hot spots or flare-ups until the fire is deemed extinguished. No injuries reported. Cause under investigation.
