Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#0141; 03:17AM; 111 E 84th Pl; ; Florence; A one-story home under construction was fully-involved with fire, exposing one other home, one duplex, a one-story motel, and a commercial building to heat and flames. The first 62 firefighters swiftly and skillfully extinguished the flames in 33 minutes (3:50 AM), averting a much greater disaster. Only one of the nearby structures sustained minor exterior-only fire damage (duplex). The other buildings were spared. There were no reported injuries.
