Hazardous Materials; INC#0748; 11:30AM; 940 W Harry Bridges Bl; ; Wilmington; Initial report states a 40 foot container is leaking an unknown amount of flammable substance. LA City and LA County Fire departments have Hazmat squads responding. Units are in investigative mode while determining the type of substance leaking as well as the severity of the leak. Members are taking cautionary measures for themselves and all civilians in the immediate area by maintaining and 150 foot perimeter from the substance.
