Hazmat; 09:48PM; 1810 S Prosser Av; ; West Los Angeles; PRELIM: As many as 15 residents of a 7,722 square-foot, two-story, 12-unit apartment building (built 1971) have apparently been exposed to asbestos, per Los Angeles County Health Hazmat officials who were already on site and requested LAFD assistance; Exposure circumstances unknown; While no persons complain of illness or injury, the LAFD will systematically decontaminate them at the scene and offer a medical assessment as needed; No offsite (beyond premises) or escalating hazard has been identified; FS 92; Batt 18; South Bureau; Council District 5; CH: 7; 12; - Brian Humphrey
