Hiker Rescue; INC#0558; 10:11AM; Paseo Miramar Trail; ; #PacificPalisades; LAFD ground and air response to an adult male hiker who sustained minor injuries in a ground-level fall on a remote section of the Paseo Miramar Trail in the Santa Monica Mountains. Rough fire road conditions due to recent storms prevent a quick or safe ground transport.
