Hiker Rescue; INC#0893; 03:26PM; Santa Monica Mountains; ; Pacific Palisades; LAFD aIr and ground response to a lost/stranded but uninjured hiker above Quarry Canyon. He is being hoisted aboard a hovering LAFD Rescue Helicopter and transported to safety.
