Hiker Rescue; INC#1350; 05:59PM; Mt Lukens Rd; ; #Tujunga; LAFD air resources have located a hiker and his three dogs in a remote location on the north side of Mt. Lukens -- the hiker had called 911 for aid just before losing his cellular connection. An LAFD helicopter lowered a paramedic to assess the 61-year-old male, who was dehydrated and unable to walk out of the location under his own power.
