Investigation; INC#0339; 08:26AM; 801 N Vignes St; ; Downtown; PRELIM: A loud sound or sounds were noted on an inbound Metro (Red or Purple Line) subway train en route to Union Station; The train in question is not yet in the station. Initial reports are of no smoke or fire aboard the train or in the station, and no injuries have been reported.
