Investigation; INC#0367; 08:22AM; 13200 W Jefferson Bl; ; Playa Vista; While responding to an emergency call with lights and sirens activated, LAFD ambulance was struck by a civilian taxi cab. Firefighter/Paramedics gave immediate medical assistance to a 60F passenger in the back of the cab but was unable to revive her and she was pronounced dead on the scene. The adult male taxi driver and both LAFD firefighters transported due to the mechanism of the collision but do not have visible, serious injuries.
