Knockdown Brush Fire; INC#1054; 04:13PM; 1504 N Kenter Av; ; Brentwood; 60 LAFD firefighters, aided by a prompt call to 9-1-1, proper brush clearance, an aggressive LAFD helicopter initial attack and a lack of strong wind, were able to confine flames to the one-quarter (0.25) acre of vegetation adjacent to a recently demolished home, fully extinguishing flames in just 50 minutes. No injury. No structure damage.
