Knockdown - Fatality Structure Fire; INC#0213; 04:23AM; 5259 N Sepulveda Bl; ; Sherman Oaks; The first arriving 29 LAFD Firefighters quickly located and extinguished the fire within one unit of a three-story garden-style apartment building in just 15 minutes. Sadly, one person was found dead inside the apartment along with a dog. There were no other firefighter or civilian injuries reported. No additional displaced residents. Cause is under investigation.
