KNOCKDOWN Railroad Car Fire; INC#1646; 10:46PM; 920 E Pacific Coast Hwy; ; #Wilmington; It took 18 firefighters 75 minutes to extinguish a fully-involved locomotive (reported to be approximately 100 feet long) boarded up in a freight railway yard. Firefighters kept the flames back from nearby commercial buildings, which did not sustain any damage. No reported injuries.
