KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1027; 05:18PM; 5910 W Ernest Av; ; Mid-City; Twenty-eight firefighters skillfully protected the home in front and a nearby structure (on a neighboring property ) from flames (minor smoke involvement, firefighters will use blowers to remove the smoke). Firefighters extinguished the blazing garage in 23 minutes. No reported injuries.
