Knockdown - Structure Fire; INC#0794; 12:36PM; 16632 W Chaplin Av; ; #Encino; Despite high ambient temperatures, 30 LAFD Firefighters took just 23 minutes in well-coordinated offensive firefighting operations, to access, confine and fully extinguish stubborn flames in a small one-story home (with subgrade garage) under construction. The owner/occupant and all workers evacuated safely. No injuries reported.
