Physical Rescue; INC#1762; 06:34PM; SB 405 Fwy x Burbank Bl; ; #SepulvedaBasin; Firefighters responded to a one-vehicle traffic collision (car vs tree) on the right shoulder of the San Diego Freeway, finding one trapped patient. Firefighters quickly performed extrication measures to free the solo patient from the vehicle. The patient was transported in critical condition to a local trauma center. CHP Log #3779.
