Physical Rescue; INC#0101; 01:46AM; 12400 W Sherman Wy; ; North Hollywood; A vehicle collided with a big rig and became wedged underneath, with one patient trapped. LAFD Heavy Rescue 3 and USAR 88 worked together with firefighters on scene to free the patient from the wreckage. While equipment was being set up, firefighter paramedics got a head start on patient care to expedite transport once he was free.
