Red Flag Restricted Parking Program; 04:03PM; Due to forecasted critical fire weather, the City of Los Angeles will enact the Red Flag Restricted Parking Program at 8AM on Tuesday 19 January through 8AM on Wednesday 20 January. This places the "no parking" restrictions in effect throughout the posted, "Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones (VHFHSZ).
