Rescue; INC#1002; 03:58PM; 4058 N Laurel Canyon Bl; ; Studio City; PRELIM: Adult male reportedly jumped an unknown distance off a bridge into the mostly dry concrete-lined vertical walled Los Angeles River flood control channel. He is conscious and alert with unspecified injury. LAFD personnel have descended to his location, and are placing him in a litter basket style stretcher. 'Plan A' is to manually lift him in the stretcher to ground level using a pair of 24-foot ground ladders.
