River Search; INC#0861; 12:18PM; 15100 W Parthenia St; ; #NorthHills; PRELIM: LAFD ground and air response to one unoccupied and apparently previously damaged and abandoned vehicle discovered (after being washed downstream?) in the narrow, concrete-lined flood control channel that bisects Parthenia Street, just east of Noble Avenue, containing approximately 3 feet of swift moving water. As first arriving responders secure the vehicle, their LAFD colleagues are searching downstream by ground and air out of an abundance of caution, to assure no person was somehow swept downstream, as the channel leads to the much larger and at times treacherous Pacoima Wash.; FS 7; Batt 12; Valley Bureau; Council District 6; AO1 AO2 BC12 BC14 E275 E7 E81 H0A H0B RA7 SC1 SW44 SW88 T75 UR88; CH8; 17, 18; Brian Humphrey
