#RunyonFire Knockdown - Brush Fire; INC#1145; 04:33PM; 3038 N Runyon Canyon Rd; ; #HollywoodHillsWest; The first 20 arriving LAFD ground-based Firefighters swiftly hiked into the remote location to confine and extinguish flames within a roughly 50' x 50' area within Runyon Canyon Park in just 44 minutes. No injury. No structure damage. No evacuation. Crews will remain on scene this evening to establish a bare soil perimeter and further extinguish embers. Fire cause under investigation.
