Structure Fire; 05:15AM; 112 E 12th St; ; #DTLA; 1-story commercial bldg w/ smoke coming from a 2' x 2' electrical junction box that is arching and smouldering on the roof. A small fire inside the box was extinguished with a dry chemical extinguisher. No fire inside the building. DWP requested to assist.
