Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#1574; 07:15PM; 226 E 1st St; ; #Downtown; 3 story center hall-style apartment building with water flowing from sprinklers and light smoke on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Smell of electrical -- fire located in a single unit on the 3rd floor. Knockdown in 10 minutes with 30 firefighters on scene. No injuries reported.
