Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#1342; 05:36PM; 517 S San Julian St; ; Downtown; Four-story apartment building with smoke in one unit on the third floor after sprinklers largely held a fire in check. Upon arrival, firefighters ensured all flames were extinguished and initiated de-watering and salvage operations to save as much property from water damage as possible.
