Tank Truck Fire; INC#0349; 06:42AM; Wb 101 Fy; ; Woodland Hills; Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire in the dual tires (only) of a tanker carrying hot asphalt. While there was a small breach to the exterior of the tanker, the interior lining is fully intact and preventing any spills. Two lanes of the WB101 are now re-opened though traffic will remain slowed while the CHP arranges for the tanker to be removed from the freeway. No injuries reported.
