Technical Rescue; INC#0425; 07:59AM; 5601 N De Soto Av; ; Woodland Hills; An adult male construction worker fell approximately 20' down into a concrete hole (was dug out and already poured) and appears to have sustained non-life threatening injuries. It is not a trench nor confined space rescue. Firefighters are preparing for a litter basket operation using the aerial ladder truck to safely secure the patient and bring him to surface level for ground transport. The incident will scale down with a number of units being released and canceled enroute.
