Technical Rescue; INC#1748; 12:42AM; 668 S Bixel St; ; Westlake; Firefighters have chains attached from the vehicle to the LAFD Heavy Rescue rig but the car is too tightly wedged to move it. They are making cuts on the A and B posts (A post holds the windshield while the B post is right behind the front seats) to reduce the tension and allow the chains to pull the vehicle back into the structure. LA Building and Safety are requested to respond to determine the status of the building.
