Traffic - Auto vs Ped; INC#0405; 07:35AM; 15500 W Nordhoff St; ; North Hills; A two car collision resulted in one vehicle being 'bounced' into a wall which then impacted an adult female and 18 mos male. The adult female was transported in serious condition and the 18mos male was transported in grave condition. The Mayor's Crisis Response Team was requested to assist the family.
