Traffic - Hydrant ; INC#0078; 01:30AM; 1508 S Alameda St; ; Downtown; Traffic collision caused a sheared hydrant which firefighters are unable to shut down and require LA DWP to do so. The water is heavily impacting a small commercial building at 1601 Alameda and causing significant structural damage. There are no reported injuries at this time. LAFD will remain onscene attempting to slow the flow of water until DWP arrive. Questions regarding the collision are referred to LAPD Inc# 0243.
