Trapped Vehicle - FATALITY; INC#0290; 05:57AM; 959 W Manchester Av; ; Vermont Knolls; Two car traffic collision which left both drivers trapped, requiring extensive extrication. The cars careened towards a building under construction however there was little impact on the structure. Each vehicle had a single occupant, male driver approximately 30-45yo. Sadly, both drivers were beyond medical help and were determined deceased on scene. The incident is now under LAPD command (77th Division) for the fatality investigation. Incident number 0801. The 9-1-1 call was received at 5:03AM.
