Update Brush Fire; 02:45PM; 2299 Allesandro Way; internal:/; #SilverLakeFire; 5 acres of medium to heavy brush burned. 2 nonresidential structures (sheds?) burned. No homes burned however at least 5 homes were threatened near Lake View Av and Silver Ridge Av, which firefighters protected. KNOCKDOWN: Approx 150 LAFD firefighters + LACoFD & GlendaleFD = 100% containment. No formal evacuations. The 2 freeway is shut down in both directions.
