Update CONTAINED Brush Fire; INC#0846; 02:00PM; 2301 N Highland Av; ; Hollywood Hills; 64 FF in less than 30 min contained the Hollywood brush fire. LAFD held the fire to less than 1/2-acre of light-medium brush. Firefighters overcame water supply challenges, as they found some hydrants that were dry. LAFD Crew 3, an all volunteer wildland cadet post managed by LAFD firefighters, responded to assist with the overhaul of the brush-covered hill. No reported injuries.
