Update Explosion; INC#0483; 10:43AM; 11460 W Moorpark St; ; Studio City; Static situation. There was no underground vault explosion. Tree trimmers caused downed power lines which impacted a transformer and likely caused some smoke visible from a man hole cover. The estimated area impacted by power outage is Beck to 170FY and Valley Spring to 170FY. No reported injuries. All further questions = DPW .
