Update Fatality Traffic Collision; INC#0905; 02:50PM; 10800 N Tampa Av; ; Porter Ranch; Now described as a two vehicle collision with one vehicle striking a pole, trapping the driver of that vehicle (sole occupant, unknown age or gender), who has been determined dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle is uninjured. One or more lanes of Tampa Avenue and/or Chatsworth Street are expected to remain closed in the immediate vicinity until LAPD operations are complete, unknown duration. Motorists, expect congestion and delay, avoid the area and consider an alternate route. Detours are readily available.
