Update Firefighter Injury; 08:37PM; internal:/; FIREFIGHTER INJURY Update: The LAFD firefighter who suffered injuries from a fall on Saturday morning, June 3, remains in critical condition at a local trauma center on the evening of Sunday, June 4. Upon his arrival at the hospital immediately following the accident, the firefighter was rushed into emergency surgery to address numerous blunt force trauma injuries suffered in the fall. The member, whose name is not being released at this time, has been with the LAFD for two years.
