With 80 LAFD Firefighters assigned in defensive operation, this fire in a *two story* vacant commercial building, the site of a previous fire with structural compromise, is known as the "Tujunga Fire", and has escalated to Greater Alarm status. No Injuries Reported. No Evacuation. #LATraffic: To assure public and responder safety, Tujunga Avenue is closed to all traffic between Chandler Boulevard and Burbank Boulevard. Also the Metro G (Orange) Line busway is closed in the immediate area until LAFD emergency operations are complete.
