Update Hazmat; 04:40PM; 2013 S Walgrove Av; internal:/; Venice; LAFD is in Unified Command with LAPD and working with the gas company to shut off the active gas leak (standard residencial gas line). LAPD conducted precautionary evacuations of approx 50 homes near the incident. No injuries reported. Investigation of suspicious (unknown) cylinders at back of home continues.
