Update Helicopter Hoist Rescue; INC#1126; 05:05PM; La Tuna Canyon Trail; ; #ShadowHills; The 42 year-old male mountain bicyclist has been safely hoisted aboard the hovering LAFD Rescue Helicopter after tumbling and becoming physically stranded down a steep hillside near the La Tuna Canyon Trail.
