Update Hiker Rescue 04/28/2020 INC#1014

Update Hiker Rescue; INC#1014; 05:45PM; Simi Hills; ; Chatsworth; LAFD ground crews scrambled down a narrow ~ 200-foot drainage channel in the Santa Susana Pass State Historic Park to access and rescue a 16 year-old male hiker who was stranded on a hillside after sustaining an ankle injury. LAFD ground crews, including Urban Search & Rescue (USAR) specialists used a rope system to bring him to safety.
