Update Investigation; INC#0454; 10:56AM; 1001 S Olive St; ; Downtown; LAFD was not able to identify an on-site source of the now dissipated odor. There was no fire, illness or injury. All residents are now being allowed to re-enter the building, as one LAFD awaits the arrival of So Cal Gas.
