Update Investigation; 10:27PM; 1724 N Highland Av; internal:/; Hollywood; Significant portion of LAFD resources have been released while the joint LAFD / LAPD investigation continues. The area will be CLOSED for several hours to allow for both the investigation and then street clean up prior to being re-opened. As this is an active investigation, we do not anticipate any further updates tonight nor a determination of cause. The one patient initially assessed on scene was believed to have been a bystander lacking adequate footwear, resulting in some minor abrasions. LAFD did not transport the person.
