Update Rescue; 01:25PM; 865 N Stradella Rd; internal:/; Bel Air / Holmby Hills; 56yo male patient suffered catastrophic medical emergency and was determined dead on scene. Construction site is a large grading operation down approx 300' hillside with multiple levels. LAFD search and rescue resources will remain on scene to conduct a two line rope operation to perform body recovery for LA County Coroner / LAPD for body recovery.
